Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026. Review how we protect, store, and manage your medical and platform data.
At Roghtoon, we understand that healthcare information is highly sensitive. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of clinical data, user profiles, and operational logs.
1. Information We Collect
Roghtoon collects information to provide better services to all our users. This includes practitioner credentials, clinic configurations, billing records, and patient health information (PHI) uploaded by providers. We collect data in two ways: information you give us (e.g., account details) and information we get from your use of our services (e.g., system logs, device info, IP addresses).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to run, maintain, protect, and improve our services, to develop new features, and to protect Roghtoon and our users. For instance, patient record access is logged for audit trails, ensuring strict accountability. We do not sell or trade any patient information or personal data to third parties.
3. Data Protection & Security
Data security is at the core of Roghtoon. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access logs are maintained continuously to prevent unauthorized access. Regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and team compliance training are conducted to safeguard your clinical records.
4. Sharing Information
We do not share personal information or Protected Health Information (PHI) with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Roghtoon unless one of the following circumstances applies: with your explicit consent, for external processing by trusted partners under strict confidentiality agreements, or for legal reasons.
5. Patient Rights under GDPR/CCPA
Depending on your jurisdiction, patients and practitioners have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Roghtoon facilitates these requests through built-in administrative tools. Please note that clinical record retention laws may supersede deletion requests for certain medical documentation.
