Welcome to Roghtoon. These terms govern your subscription, account responsibilities, API integrations, and legal usage of the Roghtoon management suite.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Roghtoon, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clinics, pharmacies, doctors, and staff members who access our portal. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Roghtoon operates on a subscription-based software-as-a-service model. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle depending on your selected tier. Failure to pay fees will result in access being blocked until your subscription is updated or an appeal is reviewed. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
3. Account Usage & Integrity
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including API keys, passwords, and OTP tokens. You agree not to perform actions that compromise system integrity, including bulk spamming, un-throttled API queries, or sharing login credentials across multiple individuals.
4. Compliance with Healthcare Laws
All tenants are required to comply with local healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA in the United States and GDPR in Europe. Roghtoon provides the structural tools (encryption, audit logging, role permissions) to assist you, but the ultimate compliance of medical practice operations lies with the clinic tenant.
5. Termination & Suspensions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security protocols, fail to settle invoices, or participate in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, clinical records will be made available for export for a limited period in accordance with data retention standards.
